The Women of Joy Conference is a dynamic weekend gathering of Christian women held at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, TN.
This trip is designed to refresh, energize and deepen a woman’s faith through inspiring worship, Scripture-based teaching and strengthen Bethlehem’s community of women.
We’ll have the special opportunity to connect with other Bethlehem sisters at the shared cabin just minutes from the conference venue!
It’s the perfect setting to relax, share meals, laugh, and grow closer together while experiencing a weekend filled with faith, friendship, and renewal in the beautiful Smokies.... oh, and we’ll travel up a day early so we can go shopping, sight-seeing or lounging around in the free time!
We have up to 23 spots available and the cost is just $375 per person* which includes conference admission, group t-shirt, breakfast in the condo for 2 mornings and a sack lunch for the drive home (we’ll all pitch in to help each other and the rest of the meals will be on your own), and transportation via the church vans.
There are King, Queen, Double, Twin and Sofa beds in the cabin. All but 4 bunk beds will be shared (unless you want to bring your own cot or air mattress but cost does not change). You can request a sleep-mate but accomodations are not promised.
*If you want to take care of your own travel and lodging accomodations, the fee is $150 for the conference ticket and group tshirt.
We will eat out for approximately 5 meals if you want to go (not required):
- Thursday supper,
- Friday breakfast and early supper,
- Saturday lunch and supper.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- WITH LODGING AND TRANSPORTATION:
- Register by July 31st with a $75 deposit
- 2nd payment of $150 due August 19th
- 3rd payment of
$150 due September 30th
- WITHOUT LODGING AND TRANSPORTATION:
- Register by July 31st with a $75 deposit
- 2nd payment of $75 due August 19th
REFUND SCHEDULE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND:
- Before August 18th: Full refund
- After August 18th: Amount paid less $130
- After September 30th: NO REFUND.
- However, your ticket can be transferred and your spot will be available in the cabin, so if a replacement can be found for your spot, you will need to work with that person for payment and update Karen with the new person’s contact information.
