(Please note this is based on Sharing Queen Size bed with another... upcharge of $125 if configuration for a few single beds does not work. please email bspencer@bbchg.org if you REQUIRE a single bed.
We definitely have 1 set of twin bunkbeds.
the first 2 who request single beds will get those 2 spots at regular rate.)
Deposit $125 due May 28th; Payment 2 $100 Due July 9th; Final Payment $75 due August 6th.

7:00am Leave Bethlehem
12 Noon Picnic Lunch at Cades Cove/Cades Cove Auto Tour
3:30 Head to Condo in Gatlinburg
4:30 Check in Condo
5:30pm Head to Dinner (On Your own- or with friends in Gatlinburg area)

Friday September 22nd
8:30am Breakfast at Log Cabin Pancake House
9:45am Head to Shopping at the Mill Area in Pigeon Forge
11:00am Head to Shopping at Outlet Mall
12:45pm Head to Apple Barn for shopping and snacks
2:00pm Head to The Christmas Shoppe
3:00pm Head back to Condo/Pickup Tickets for Conference
4:30pm Head to Dinner at The Best Little Italian Restaurant, Gatlinburg
6pm Be in Line at Conference (starts at 7pm)
10 pm Head back to condo
Saturday September 23rd
7:30-8:30 amBreakfast in Condo
8:45 am Leave for Conference (starts at 10)
12 Noon-5:45pm Free Time (Lunch/Supper/Shopping in Gatlinburg on your own)
6pm Be in Line at Conference (Starts at 7pm)
10pm Head back to Condo
Sunday Morning September 24th
7:30-8am Breakfast in Condo
8:30am Pack vehicles for home
9am Leave for Conference
10am Last Session of Conference
12 Noon Head home (Stop for lunch in Townsend at Apple Valley Cafe)
