Tuesday, March 2nd, 5:30am (our time!):

Susan called to let us know that Pastor Lon called her at 5:30am... He had just arrived at his hotel (5:30 PM in Nepal!). He said the flight went fine and hotel was nice. He's going to eat then get some rest. His flight left Nashville at 1pm Monday & had several layovers, so he is very tired!! He will begin speaking at 9:30 tonight (9:30AM Wed in Nepal)... Lift him up in prayer as he ministers to the Nepali pastors! This is the first ever Pastor's Conference in Nepal!

Thursday,March 4th, 1:15pm (our time!):

Hi everyone,

This Pastor Lon and Dan from Nepal. Pastor Lon like Nepali food so much even he did not spare goat meat even with seeing slaughtering where conference was held.

Well, we are doing good. There were more than 120 participants. Some of pastor traveled 16 hours by bus to attend the seminar.

We are still have sleeping problems but we are in good health. Tomorrow Pastor Lon is preaching two services in the same church where we have seminar.

On Sunday Pastor Lon is sight seeing Kathmandu by Motorbike, which is ancient city. And on Monday we are traveling to south part of Nepal where about 150 youth will gathered to listen word of God.

Tuesday, March 9th, 8am (our time!):

Pastor Lon called Susan this morning! He didn't have a lot of time on the phone because there was a very long line of people waiting.... He said that he and Dan drove ALL day throughout very rural areas to get to Chitwan, Nepal... Today he will be speaking to Pastors, then tomorrow he will speak to youth! While he's in Chitwan, they will have the opportunity to 'sight-see' at the Chitwan National Park ... (check out the link for more about the park!)
He also said that there is a lot of political unrest in Nepal right now and the protests there are nothing like they are in the US... he said they are very intense.

Wednesday, March 10th, 10am (our time!):

Hi everyone,
Greeting from Nepal.
Well, everything is OK with us. God is moving powerfully through us.  We have wonderful seminar in Kathmandu. There were more than 120 pastor participation. We also had an opportunity to meeting with about 40 other pastors in Kathmandu. Pastor Lon share with them what God wants in their live. They want us come next year and teach them about leadership. Right now we are in Chitwan. Yesterday we rode elephant. We show wild rhino,  dears, monkeys, and other animals. We also did Safari tour for five hours. Today pastor Lon is taking elephant bath. He told me that he will not leave Chitwan National park before taking elephant bath. I am taking his picture. Well, we will have evangelism meeting in Chitwan this evening. Tomorrow we will have youth revival meeting in Chitatwan. We are expecting about 150 people. After this we will be traveling back to Kathmandu on Thursday. On Friday evening we will have youth meeting in Kathmandu. On Saturday we each will be preaching in regular church service. Pastor Lon will traveling back to the State on Saturday evening. I will be returning next week. Next week, I will visiting some friends in Kathmandu before Wednesday and purchase Nepali Bibles and Hymns books to carry with me which I needed in the states.
